Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic — 2 Comments

  1. This is a good question! When the dish comes out of the oven the garlic will be very soft. I just use my fork to mash the cloves and squeeze out the insides. This I smear on some bread, or potato, or chicken.

    I don’t eat the skins. They seem so papery. I wonder if anyone eats them. It’s possible. But I don’t…..
